Denmark Releases Coin Set for Children 2017

[bsa_pro_ad_space id=4]

August 24, 2017 – Denmark released its coin set for children 2017 produced after the closure of the Royal Danish Mint by Mint of Finland. The coin set unfolds like a picture book with lovely colours and drawings of Teddy Bear, which has been the continuous figure since 2015. This year Teddy Bear begins school where he meets new friends and the nice teacher, who will teach him about numbers and letters.

Denmark’s Coin Set for Children 2017.

The coin set comprises Denmark’s coin series, i.e. 50-öre, 1-, 2-, 5-, 10- and 20-krone coins minted in 2017. The coin set is illustrated by senior graphic designer Jeanette Skov Jensen at Danmarks Nationalbank.
