Spain issues a 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Coin

July 24, 2014 - A must-have for every football fan, the Spanish Royal Mint has issued a partially gold plated silver 10 euro coin dedicated to the 2014 FIFA World Cup. It is another tribute to the greatest sporting event of 2014, that has taken place in Brazil from 12 June to 13 July.

The obverse of the football coin features a vertically box in gold with the image oft he football field. On both sides you can see upward curved lines, which widen and end up in two balls.
The reverse of the coin displays a vertically gold and in gold plated box with the image of the Trophy FIFA World Cup. On the left you see the player in the process of a play, on the right the image of a soccer goalie.

These coins are exclusively distributed worldwide by MDM Münzenhandelgesellschaft mbH.
