Stack’s Bowers Galleries names John Konop as Vice President

August 15, 2013 – On July 29, 2013 Stack’s Bowers Galleries announced that John Konop, a recognized financial industry executive and experienced U.S. and world coin collector, has joined the company as vice president, operating out of the company’s Irvine, Calif., headquarters.

Prior to joining Stack’s Bowers Galleries, Mr. Konop enjoyed a successful and decorated career in the financial services industry, having worked as managing director at Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney and its predecessor firms for nearly 30 years, developing the high net worth market in Southern California. He has also been recognized as one of the Top 100 managers in the U.S. for all financial service firms three years in a row (2007-2009).
