November 24, 2011 – Further to the announcement of the Royal Proclamation in the London Gazette, the Royal Mint can confirm the following commemorative coins will start to be minted this month:
London 2012 Gold and Silver Kilo Coins
Following the Coinage (Measurement) Act 2011 becoming legislation on 3rd November, the Royal Mint will unveil gold and silver kilo coins, personally approved by Her Majesty The Queen.
